1. The rights and obligations of game project «Strogino CS Portal» administration (hereinafter the administration).
1.1. The administration agrees to not disclose your personal information (e-mail address and mobile phone number) to third parties.
1.2. The administration does not return the money in case of refusal to provide VIP services.
1.3. The administration has the right to remove you from the list of VIP players immediately in case of violation of the agreement without any notice or alerts.
1.4. The administration has the right to not compensate your costs in the event of a power server or technical malfunctions of the resource by the extending your VIP status or by money.
1.5. The administration has the right to remove a player from the list of VIP players in the event of a permanent block on the game servers.
1.6. The administration has the right to change this agreement without informing customers of services.
2. The rights and obligations of the customers of VIP services on a game project «Strogino CS Portal» (hereinafter the customer).
2.1. The customer has the right to send request for adjustment of his/her personal data to the technical support (Support@Bruss.Org.Ru) in three days from the date of payment. *
2.2. The customer has the right to send request for his/her early removal from the list of VIP players to technical support (Support@Bruss.Org.Ru). *
2.3. The customer has the right to bring their wishes and remarks on the work of services to the technical support (Support@Bruss.Org.Ru).
2.4. The customer agrees to enter valid personal data in payment bill. **
2.5. The customer agrees to comply with the rules of entering personal data fields (do not use illegal characters to comply with the format input).
* - Data needs confirmation. To confirm the data, provide a transaction code and a personal STEAM_ID to the technical support.
** - If you enter incorrect information the administration will be unable to provide technical support for customers' services.
